 How to calculate Building construction cost:

  1. Initial cost: For site cleaning, drawing approval etc.
  2. Construction cost: During execution of work cost of raw material i.e. TMT bar, Cement, Stone, Sand and  electrical piping etc.
  3. Finishing Cost: After execution of civil work finish material i.e. Tiles, Marble, door, windows, MS grill, Electrical fitting, Plumbing fitting etc.
  4. Labour Cost: Civil Work, Electrical work and Plumbing work etc.
